I should be grateful/if you could arrange priority sea passages for Professor R.M. Simpson and Professor R. Robertson. Both are full time members of the staff of Hong Kong University and it has recently been decided by the Committee at present considering the future of Hong Kong and the smaller Executive Committee (of which I am a member) set up by Order in Council to administer pro tem. the affairs of the University that these two gentlemen should go out to Hong Kong as soon as possible in order to look after University business.

I have not got their addresses by me but will ask Mr. Sloss, Vice-Chancellor of the University, and a member of the Executive Committee, to send them to you.
